Estepona beaches do not only include small and romantic coves but also well developed beaches and a nudist beach. The most popular one, especially for families, is La Rada beach which is located on the east of the marina. La Rada Beach in Estepona As mentioned before, the La Rada beach belongs to the most popular ones in Estepona as it can be found in the centre of the town and offers numerous facilities and services.
The beach has a longitude of 2.6 kilometres with a promenade that stretches from the beginning to the end of it. El Cristo Beach in Estepona Those who prefer to lie on a beach that is a little further away from the centre of Estepona should visit the El Cristo Beach. It is located to the west of the marina, just outside the town. The sheltered and charming cove in which it can be found makes it ideal for families with children. Drinks and food can be taken at the two chiringuitos that are only a stone’s throw away.
The perfect location of the beach that allows sunbathers to get tanned and families to enjoy a fun day make the El Cristo Beach popular not only with tourists but also with locals. Therefore it can get quite busy on weekends and during the summer months. Other reasons why many people choose the El Cristo Beach is the music that is played here and the excellent parking facilities that offer shade due to the Eucalyptus trees.

El Padron Beach in Estepona Also a very popular is the El Padron beach which is near the Kempinski Reosort Hotel, east of the Rio Padron. It is a beach located to the east of Estepona, with a length of about 1 km and a width of an average 25 metres. It is a great place to sunbathe and to splash about.
Those arriving with a car will appreciate the large car park. For drinks and food one can visit the two beach bars that can be found here. Due to its facilities it is very well visited during the summer months. Therefore we recommend to go there early to get a good spot.
